Tillman Clark has been a dedicated litigator since 2014. He specializes in post-trial criminal defense matters - from appeals to postconviction proceedings - and pre-trial motions litigation.

After graduating from law school in New York City, Tillman moved to Colorado Springs where he cut his teeth as a public defender in one of the most tenacious trial offices in the state system. After a two year stint living abroad, working as a contract defense attorney for the Saipan and Rota islands in the Northern Marianas, Tillman returned to Colorado and worked as a trial attorney in the Adams County Public Defender's Office — taking all manner of cases to trial, from homicides to DUIs — from 2017 until 2021.

In 2021, Mr. Clark founded his own practice, pivoting from trial attorney to appellate and post-conviction litigation. For the last 4 years, Tillman has filed, litigated, and won multiple briefs, motions, and appeals. He takes pride in producing outstanding writing, and first-rate client representation.
