Jason Kosloski is a highly skilled and accomplished trial attorney with extensive experience in criminal defense. With a deep passion for the law and a fierce dedication to his clients, Jason brings a relentless commitment to every case he handles.

Prior to founding Kosloski Law, PLLC, Jason served for over eight years with the Colorado State Public Defender, where he represented hundreds of clients in courtrooms across Colorado. During this time, Jason secured favorable outcomes in some of the state's most challenging and high-stakes cases, including homicides, sexual assaults, racketeering, drug distribution, cyber and financial fraud, and post-conviction ineffective assistance claims. Over his career, Jason has tried approximately forty jury trials, achieving victories in cases ranging from DUIs to first-degree murder. He has litigated nearly every type of criminal case—from serious felonies like homicides, sex offenses, and complex racketeering and drug conspiracy cases to domestic violence charges and DUI/DWAI. If it's a crime in Colorado, there's a good chance that Jason has defended it.

Jason's courtroom expertise is complemented by his deep understanding of forensic evidence, technical investigations, and mental health defenses. Known for his skillful handling of complex litigation, he was a recognized subject matter expert in DNA litigation within the public defender system. His ability to effectively present and challenge intricate scientific, medical, and technical evidence has been crucial in achieving positive outcomes for his clients. Jason is also highly experienced in handling cases involving complex mental health issues, including Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) and competency challenges. Jason earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, where he was actively involved in the Denver Law Review, the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society, and Mock Trial. He completed his undergraduate studies at Regis University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing and a minor in History. During his time in college, Jason also played as a forward on the Regis University rugby team. Outside of his legal practice, Jason stays grounded by staying active—whether it's working out in the gym or exploring Colorado's beautiful mountains.
