Jason Kosloski founded Kosloski Law with a clear mission: to provide fearless legal representation to people facing their toughest moments. As a former public defender, Jason developed his courtroom skills in the trenches—handling hundreds of cases and trying dozens to jury verdict. That experience gave him something many attorneys lack: the ability and willingness to go to trial when that's what's needed to win.

Today, Jason focuses on civil rights litigation, serious personal injury cases, and criminal defense. He's passionate about holding powerful institutions accountable when they harm everyday people, and about giving criminal defendants the aggressive representation they deserve.

When he's not in the courtroom, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, exploring Colorado's outdoors, and staying active in the legal community.
